1. The Service

Vultus provides hand-directed dating photo reconstruction. You submit selfies, we direct and deliver a set of 6 photos within 48 hours. We do not alter your face. The photos are designed to pass face verification on Tinder, Hinge, and Bumble.

2. Payment

The service costs $147, due before work begins.

3. Your Responsibilities

You must submit photos of yourself — your actual face, not someone else's. You must be at least 18 years old. You agree to provide usable selfies as directed; if we can't work with what you send, we'll ask for more.

4. Delivery

We deliver 6 photos within 48 hours of receiving your selfies and any direction we need from you. The clock starts when we have everything we need, not when you pay.

5. Usage Rights

You receive the photos for personal use on dating apps and social media. You may not resell, redistribute, or use them commercially.

We only use your photos or feedback in our own marketing if you explicitly gave permission when you submitted your intake form. You can withdraw that permission at any time by emailing hello@vultus.com, and we'll remove your images from our site.

6. Refunds

Refund terms are described in our Refund Policy. If your photos fail face verification, you get a full refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vultus is not liable for outcomes on dating apps — matches, dates, or verification results beyond our stated guarantee. Our maximum liability is the amount you paid.

8. Refusing or Cancelling an Order

We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion — including if the photos submitted are not of you, if you are under 18, or if we cannot produce work we'd stand behind. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll post the changes here with a new date.
