1. What We Collect

Your name, email, and the selfies and photos you submit. Payment information is handled by our payment processor — we don't store your card details.

2. Biometric Data

To produce your set, we generate a facial likeness model from the photos you submit. This is biometric data, and we treat it accordingly.

We use it solely to create your photos. We never use it to train any general-purpose model, and we never sell, license, or transfer it to anyone.

Your source photos and the likeness model are permanently deleted 30 days after we deliver your set. We do not retain biometric data for any other purpose.

3. How We Use It

To build your photo set, communicate about your order, and process payments. That's it. We don't build ad profiles or sell your data.

4. Sharing

We use third-party tools — payment processing and AI photo generation — that process your data as needed to deliver the service. We don't share your photos with anyone else unless required by law.

5. Data Retention

We keep your photos and likeness model for the duration of your project and for 30 days after delivery, then permanently delete them. We keep your name and email for as long as needed to provide the service and respond to you.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. No method is perfectly secure, but we limit access to the people and systems that need it.

7. Your Rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the data we hold about you. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
