Refund Policy
We stand behind the work. If it doesn't do what we said it would, you get your money back.
1. Verification Failure
If your photos fail face verification on Hinge, Bumble, or Tinder, we refund your $147 immediately. Send us the rejection and we'll process the refund — no revision, no back-and-forth.
2. Not Satisfied
If you don't like the set, the revision round gets you a different six. If you still don't like it after the revision, we refund your $147 in full within 14 days of delivery.
3. How to Request
Email hello@vultus.com with your order details and, for verification failures, a screenshot of the rejection.
4. Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5 business days. The timing depends on your bank after that.
